The Norton Street church of Christ will begin
a new Congregational Development Program entitled

founded upon the teaching of Ephesians 4:11-16 & Colossians 1:28. The new CDP

entire study of the Bible and related subjects. The program will focus on
broadening our knowledge, our understanding, and our wisdom of God by increasing
our depth of study of the Scriptures
while giving more attention to precision of
thought.
We are currently in the second semester
(April through June, 2008) of our fouth, and final, year.
In the second semester of our fourth year we
will be studying the books of James & 1 and 2 Peter with Edilfonso R.
Rodriguez on
Sunday mornings, during the Bible class hour. Sunday evenings will take us
through a study of Popular Religious Beliefs Examined with Israel Rodriguez.
Wednesday evenings will be dedicated to a study of Period of Exile with
Edilfonso R. Rodriguez. Join us,
as we study the Scriptures!

ABI: New Leadership Training
School in South Texas
It is with a profound sense of joy that I
announce the beginning of a new leadership training school in South Texas, The
Academy of Biblical Instruction. The Academy is a work of the Adam's
St. church of Christ in Beeville, Texas, under the oversight of her faithful
eldership. The
purpose of the school is to cultivate Christian character, and develop godly
leadership, in the spirit of humility. The educational aim of the school will
center upon the knowledge, the understanding, and the wisdom of God. The Academy
will accomplish her educational aim by integrating a complete teaching of God's
Word with a powerful practice of the same. The time has come for an institution
of spiritual higher-learning not simply dedicated to academic excellence, but
devoted to a notable practical instruction. The school's motto is simple: The
Bible our only guide; the Bible we must rightly divide!
The Academy of Biblical Instruction
is in full operation, and we are currently accepting enrollment applications for the
2008-2009 school year. For more information please visit our website at
